Filling up a lease application

Fill only one application per person.
The application form is submitted via internet.
You are not required to attach a copy of your admission letter to the application form. We’ll ask for it later if needed.
Every tenant must fill an individual housing application.
Fill the application form clearly and accurately.
Please notify us in advance if you have for example a medical condition or other issues that may affect your accommodation needs.

Important!

Please make sure that the email address that you give in the application form is working, as we will contact you via email.
If you don't have your contact person's information yet, you can leave that field empty.
The lease for exchange students is always fixed-term.
You are liable for paying rent for the whole duration of your lease, even if you move out earlier.
The housing option for exchange students is a room in Retrodorm. If you want to be situated in the same floor with a friend, please include this information and your friend's name to the comment field. Note that room wishes cannot be guaranteed.
If there are fields on the form that do not concern you, you may leave them empty. Only a few fields are obligatory for submitting the form.

After submitting the housing application

You will receive an email from us after submitting the application form successfully. On this email you’ll find your customer number. After we have processed your application you will receive an email from us. If you are accepted as a tenant you must confirm your acceptance. If you are not accepted as a tenant it is possible to queue the cancellation places. For more information about the lease/payments etc. please see the terms of lease.
