Retrodorm’s current exchange student facilities are found in two different buildings. The B–wing of the main building is entirely for exchange students, with all five floors of the wing meeting the requirements of student life. The A-wing's nursing home was finally closed in December 2013 when nursery home's inhabitants moved to Runosmäki. Starting in August 2014, the A -wing's first floor has offered long-term accommodation to 11 foreign doctorate students. Finally in Autumn 2015 all the remaining floors (2-5) in the A-wing were exchange student use. Besides the A- and B–wing, some of Retrodorm’s facilities are in the H-building, which is located next to the main building, and offers accommodations for exchange students in two floors.
